Privacy policy

Angel's Lawn Care Service LLC · Bradenton and Sarasota, Florida · Last updated October 13, 2026

This policy explains what the Angel's Lawn app and website collect and how we use it. They are used by Angel's Lawn Care Service LLC, our technicians and our customers to request quotes, schedule and report lawn care visits, and to bill for them.

What we collect

Contact details you give us (name, phone, email), property addresses and access notes (for example gate codes or pets), photos of the yard that you or our technicians take, visit reports, quotes, invoices and payment status, and messages sent through the app.

How we use it

Only to provide our lawn care services: giving quotes, scheduling and routing our technicians, sending visit reminders, texts and reports, invoicing, and keeping our books. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Text messages and email

If you give us your phone number or email, we may send you service messages such as visit reminders, "on the way" notices, quotes, reports and invoices. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying STOP or calling us.

QuickBooks

Angel's Lawn Care Service LLC connects the app to its own QuickBooks Online account. The app sends customer and quote (estimate) information to that account and reads the quote status back. The connection can be removed at any time from the app or from QuickBooks. Intuit processes this data under its own terms and privacy statement.

Who can see it

Our office staff, and our technicians only for the visits assigned to them. Our service providers (hosting and database, email, text messaging, maps and Intuit QuickBooks) process data on our behalf. Photos are stored privately and are shown to a customer only after our office has reviewed the visit report.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by contacting us. We keep billing records for as long as the law requires.
